How to Place an Order from Abroad

1. Switch Currency
   Use the upper navigation menu to change the prices to EUR. This way, you don’t need to convert CZK to your local currency.
   
   
2. Select Products
   Choose the products and quantities you want and add them to your shopping cart. Click "Checkout" to start the order process.
   
   
3. Checkout Steps

•  Step 1 – Shopping Cart  
  Check your shopping cart. Click the blue button “Continue”.
  
  
•  Step 2 – Shipping & Payment  
  Since you are ordering from abroad, select:
  
  
  • Shipping: “European delivery – details via e-mail”
  • Payment: “EUR bank payment before shipping”
  
  You will receive an email with the final amount and bank account details.   Orders from abroad are handled manually  , so please be patient while waiting for this email.
  
  
•  Step 3 – Delivery Details 
  Enter your delivery information. Both a valid email address and phone number are required by our courier.
  If you need a commercial invoice for your company (even if the order is in your name), please write the details in the “notes” field.
   We are not a VAT company , so the final price will be the same as shown on the website.
  
  
•  Step 4 – Order Summary 
  Check that your delivery details and order items are correct. Below the final amount, there are several checkboxes:
  
  
  • Only check the first box (accepting the general terms and conditions).
  • The other two boxes can be left unchecked.
  
  Click “Finalize Order”. Your order is now placed. Our support team will email you the exact payment details.

Accepted Payment

We currently accept only European SEPA bank transfers in EUR.

• Payments must be made from a bank account in EUR. 
• Payments from accounts in   other currencies (e.g., Romanian Leu, Polish Zloty)   are not accepted.
• Digital payment methods like PayPal, Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay are not supported. Payment must be made before shipping and within 7 days of receiving the payment details email. If payment is not received, the order will be cancelled.
• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipping notification is sent.

Shipping Rates

We offer two basic shipping options for all listed countries. Orders are always packed in strong cardboard boxes with protective padding (no bubble envelopes).

• Maximum package weight: 4 kg
• Rates for larger package upon request.
• Shipping quotes for the Scandinavian region upon request.
